Made another comic on the iPad, this time using Procreate but since i wanted typed text i had to import it to Tayasui sketches, which is kinda hard cuz you gotta type every line separately cuz they don't have textboxes unlike Photoshop.

This was based on something Kristina said comparing me and Ribka n she mentioned our song choices.

which do u think would win in a fight??? discuss

the first dog clearly has years of fighting experience and possesses the stern, quiet dominance of a master, but his age could prove disadvantageous when pitted against the raw power of the second dog.  there’s clearly something brutal and furious burning inside him, and he walks with a carelessness that hints at his true berserker nature.  the first dog’s technique will have to be flawless if he hopes to avoid being annihilated

This Comic Will Forever Change the Way You Look at Privilege

This Comic Will Forever Change the Way You Look at Privilege - Vagabomb

[read the gif version comic here]

Toby Morris describes himself as “an Auckland-based illustrator, art director, comic artist and recently the author of Don’t Puke On Your Dad: A Year in the Life of a New Father.”

His recent comic, The Pencilsword’s “On a Plate” illustrates the concept of privilege, and delivers the truth with a punchline that literally hits you in the gut.

He places two individuals side by side, showing how financial security and benefits, or the lack of it, affects them even if they come from households that love and support them, leading to two completely different outcomes.

‘MythBusters’ puts the classic insult ‘You throw like a girl!‘ to the test.

The hit show “MythBusters” wanted to see if there’s a distinct difference in the way a guy throws a ball versus the way a girl throws a ball.

They put eight people in four different age groups up against each other to analyze their throws. They had the subjects throw with their dominant arm first. Then they had them use their non-dominant arm because, without practice or training of any sort, it’s sort of like you’re throwing for the first time. This is when the real results showed.

When using their non-dominant arm with zero training, the guys were more accurate, but the girls threw faster.

Thank god these old white dudes are breaking down gender norms

They also had an episode where they tested pain tolerance and found that women, on average, have a higher pain tolerance. I love their gender episodes.

cutting ties

it was about damn time.

Know what my favorite part of this is? That one only has ties on a small part of their body whereas the other is tied all along one side up to the face, meaning one person is not quite as invested in the relationship as the other. Even better thought, the one with most ties is the one with the scissors. Im so glad they’ve built up the courage to leave even if it means cutting out a larger part out of their life than the other.

Snowflakes are actually the perfect metaphor for people. Each one IS unique, but we all have the same structure and are pretty similar in spite of our differences. And really, with as many around as there is, aint no one gonna notice your differences unless they care enough to look closely.

People are also similar to snowflakes in that it is difficult to drive when there are too many of them piled up on the road.

Well that took a turn I didn’t expect
