How to color eggs with onion shells.
This must be the most beautiful DIY tutorial I have ever seen. And it so happens to be in style of this weekend. Found on  Ulicam , a very nice blog by Ulrika Kestere, photographer and illustrator. For the whole tutorial and lot’s of inspiration, click  here .

Car Model: Nissan R33 Skyline GTR

Who knew a Sharpie could be durable enough for drawing on the outside body of an automobile? This artist show us her creative chops and skill, and also shows her husband a new decorative version of his, R33 Skyline GTR. See more pictures at A Guy Let His Wife Go Crazy with a Sharpie on his Car… The Results are Unbelievable

Bugs can paint too!

Painter Stephen R. Kutcher uses different insects (like a Darkling Beetle, above) to create “wild” paintings.

'tis Tina (myoo89) and I, and we totally have those clothes in real life. I remember she was shopping with her family and bought bright-colored pants. A few months later I went shopping with the family and my grandma bought me bright-colored pants as well. Idk usually I dont wear those kind of things (I've always been a fan of dark pants) but meh.

And the shirt is also my grandma's old shirt, worn by my sister a lot but she keeps wanting me to wear it.

We're just a bunch of dorks trying to fit in.

Flipping Nature's Tables
Thought I might do something doodlish and whimsical again. And obviously this is inspired by Foster The People's "Supermodel" album art but since this is traditional art I can't really do a perfectly crisp one. Plus, without a scanner, this is a pretty good shot that I had of it.

The writings that the owl shouted out… it took a mindless brainstormed creative writing thoughts. I wasn't exactly sure of what the theme's gonna be but ended up with the idea of someone being clueless about their surroundings while growing up, and once they're matured and aware, they flip the tables and make the bad guys fear them instead of fearing the bad guys.
Not sure why apples, cats and mice are in the bg.

BFFL notebook cover

I tried painting them first with watercolor just to see what the patterns will look like. I love the texture but too bad I don’t have a scanner right now, so the writings look unclear.

BFFL book covers
More notebook cover designs! I'm still inspired by Scoop and all the notebook covers they sold in that store, so this time I'm trying to draw my characters from BFFL in a different style. This oughtta be fun.

At first I tried drawing the lineart, and then coloring it traditionally with watercolor. This is the final product, but I just thought I could put some textures in there (cuz I like the watercolor textures so much but I need to make the writings pop out too).

Exquisite photography done in a style similar to that of Moroccan photographer Hassan Hajjaj’s ‘My Rock Stars' portrait series.
