Inktober day 16 pt1: the Rain-Filter
It might be useful for areas with acid rain. plus it conducts electricity too from lightning, thats why it's tied to electric poles.

Instagram Filters as Photoshop Actions

dbox:

I recently did a  google search to see if anyone had “converted”instagram filters to photoshop actions. After not finding any results, I decided to see if I could do it myself. I didn’t get a 100% exact match, but it’s pretty close.

Im starting with “Nashville” then will add more soon. Let me know any feedback. I’ll update this post when I add more.

Update #1:  "Earlybird" filter, auto-cropping tools added.
Update #2: “Brannan”, “X Pro II” added
Update #3: Sutro, Lomo-fi, Inkwell, Lord Kelvin, Walden added. Also added 5 borders that can be applied with one-click.
Update #4: “Gotham”, “Hefe”, “Toaster” added

Nashville:

Earlybird*:

Brannan*:

X-Pro II:

*need some tweaks

Need help installing? Youtube user ImzTech has made a handy help video.

Filtering your Soup

There are a few parameters that you can add to Soup URLs to filter what content to display:

Filtering by content type
Add ?type= followed by either text, link, quote, image, video, review, event, or file to your Soup's URL to show only posts of this content type.
Example: http://kitchen.soup.io/?type=quote

Filtering by date
Add ?date=YYYY-MM-DD to the URL to show posts on and before that date.
Example: http://kitchen.soup.io/?date=2008-06-01

Filtering by text search
Add ?search=query to the URL to show only posts that contain the text 'query'.
Example: http://kitchen.soup.io/?search=blog

To combine these filters, join them together with the & character.
Example: http://kitchen.soup.io/?type=quote&search=blog
